These are amazing at producing great scent. Mind stopped spraying sent after about seven months of use, and I cleaned it by putting rubbing alcohol in the bottle and running it like normal. I let it run for a few hours and then put oil back in. Works like a charm.

I have had nothing but issues with this unit. I ordered in April 2023 and within 6 months I started having issues. This $295 unit is IMPOSSIBLE to keep running without issues. I find it awful product quality that there are so many "rules" with the use and the fact that it clogs and I've had issues within 6 months of use. The "rules" I mention are cleaning and maintenance and what you can and can't clean and how. Replacement parts are a 1/4 of the cost of the unit.I can not recommend this product or company as my unit is now 2 months past warranty and they're saying because I rinsed the unit with water and took the straw off to clean a clog from the straw that my option is buying a $50 replacement part.DO NOT BUY!

My home now smells like a resort thanks to this diffuser (my favorite scent is Santal followed by The Hotel). I use to have 3 plug-ins alone in my kitchen, dining and great room area (open concept). Now I just have a single AromaMini BT and my home smells so good. Everyone comments on how good the house smells.I love that it is bluetooth capable and via the app, I'm able to set on/off timer as well as a schedule of intensity. Example of my schedule:Weekdays:5:30am - 8am - intensity at 58am - 4pm - intensity at 24pm - 9pm - intensity at 5Weekends:5:30am - 9pm - intensity 5Since I work from home in my office, I leave the intensity low during work hours and while everyone else is home, bring it back up to 5.I also love how this blends in well with my decor. I just tuck it behind a couple vases and it looks like it belongs. I ended up getting another unit for my bedroom!Not sure why people are giving this a bad review when it stops working - it likely just needs to be reset. I had a problem with bluetooth connection and it was simple as resetting the device and I haven't had a problem since. Support has been amazing. I now have two in my home.BTW to reset... this is the email from support:"If it is still not connecting, we will need to reset the diffuser. In resetting, the number for the level intensity has to be on the screen, before you begin the reset. Then hold the power button down until you hear the two beeps. Note there is a long pause between the beeps. After you've heard the second beep, release the power button and the unit should start to run."

I have purchased two of these devices, one worked perfectly right out of the box. The other did not. A, many who have found that either at the beginning or over a very short period of time the diffuser stops diffusing. After researching several blogs, reviews and opinions, I ultimately came up with a solution, which was to fill the bottle up with vinegar and water, 50-50 ratio, and allow the diffuser to run for 30 minutes. At the end of the stem is a filter that gets clogged with oil and particulates, and by running the system with vinegar and water it dilutes and breaks down the oil so that the filter gets unclogged. After emptying the bottle out, I refilled with oil , and now the device works perfectly well. I will recommend that the best oil that works better with This device without giving names will be quite expensive. Inexpensive or cheap oils does not work well in this device I’ve tried them all in an attempt to save a buck but what seems to reverberate is the old philosophy of, you get what you pay for or I believe sometimes, how much you pay for it determines what you get out of it. I’m confident that this review will help to ease a lot of frustration with many who have found that either at the beginning or over a very short period of time the diffuser stops diffusing.

I bought this product since it has good review, I tried all 4 smells and it smell okay but it cause severe headache for everyone in the house even though it was on lowest level.So I decided to return the device not the 4 bottles since I use it, I returned after 3 days to amazon thinking it is easy return, the amazon are horrible about return of any item more than 100$, they received the item on April 7, and after calling 3 times, they said they will refund the money on May 11.Amazon becoming really bad after people get used to it, from now on if I find the same item at different store with similar price I do not buy from Amazon, worst customer service on earth.I hope this is useful.I think the problem with the products is too much chemicalsAnd I think the problem with Amazon is they do not care any more.
