About six months ago I stopped eating meat of any sort. I do still eat eggs and dairy, and I eat a ton of vegetables and legumes, but my body had really begun to suffer. Within a month of going vegetarian, my hair began to fall out in handfuls. I lost so much hair, I fell into a deep depression and became embarrassed to be seen in public. But I became a vegetarian for ethical reasons, so going back to meat was absolutely not an option.So I decided to try supplements. I turned to Olly because I had used to take them and liked them better than the other brands I have tried. And I am really glad I did.Almost immediately, my hair stopped falling out. It's wonderful and I'm starting to feel like myself again. I had lost my pills for a few weeks, and during that time, my hair began falling out again. It stopped as soon as I resumed taking them. So I KNOW these things are helping. In addition, I make sure to eat a lot of foods that are high in iron and protein, and that helps, too, though not as much as the pills. I have been anemic before, so I think I'm given to low iron, regardless of my diet.Now, I have these things on subscribe-and-save, because I never want to run out.The only downside is that these taste so good you'll want to eat them like candy, and that's kind of dangerous. I highly recommend Olly's multivitamins and relaxation supplements, as well.

Simple and tasty-it did take some getting used to the taste at first. No harsh belly issues with use.

These have been great to get the recommended amount of iron in during my pregnancy. The prenatal pills are too big and the gummies don't have any iron. The taste is pretty good too. Highly recommend!

Taking iron has never been this easy. I’m anemic and wished my doctor could have recommended something like this to me 10 years ago, because the normal iron pill selection at your local CVS/Walgreens is bleak, not to mention the disgusting flavor most of them have.These taste so amazing and it’s a joy to chew 2-3 of them. No factual information on whether they raised my levels but I started talking them when my infusion wore off (heart started racing when walking up stairs again) and now it doesn’t.

Normally can not take Iron as it makes me very sick. These taste pretty good and I have had no side effects. I take two first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. No nausea. Highly recommend for iron sensitive people.
