Looks a very high-quality publication, although the font size might be considered just a tad small for older people?

Handy enough to fit in your daypack and detailed enough to keep you amused as you walk and see loads of birds that you've always wanted to know more about. The aficionados reckon it doesn't contain enough about Britain's most common birds - well, if they are as common as all and you see them all the time, why do you need to identify them and find out more about them?? My son in law is delighted with the book as it makes the perfect accompaniment to his long walks in out of the way places ... where there are perhaps far fewer of Britain's more commons birds!!! 😜 And a lot more that aren't that common!

The book arrived quickly, was a good price and it looked new.
