Feels relatively stable and good to use
My old ab-trainer wheel was a much simpler design without the elbow supports and wide wheel found on this model. I prefer the way that this one works as the additional width of the wheel keeps the device more stable, and it is easier to use. I suspect there would be benefits to the additional balance needed on a narrow wheel but as a relatively new user I’m more comfortable with stability. The elbow supports are another feature which I feel help me as I develop my strength and fitness.Once assembled this wheel feels relatively strong and robust, though I did find the assembly process to be fiddly using the supplied tools. Instead I switched to using my own screwdrivers which was much better. There are basic instructions supplied but they aren’t very good. It may be worth noting that according to the instructions supplied the weight limit is 90kg (198 lbs) and not the 400lbs quoted on this website. The full retail price seems to be excessive based on the quality of the training device but I do find that I works well, and I’m happy using it.

Okey-ish
It doesn't have a good rebound and it's scary to use if you are not good with balance, so there might be a room for improvements.

Easy to use.
Product button description is in Chinese but once translated, I was well away. Have had it for a few months now and I use it with ease and no pain. I like the four wheels, giving it a lot of stability. Would recommend.

Wrong screws
This comes with a pack of complimentary pointless crews which are not long enough. I wanted to speak about to to the supplier but there was no response.It too a lot of running around town to get the tight lenght and width screws with caps. It supposed to be a gift ordered right before Christmas so its very annoying that it came incomplete
