With that being said, the recommended serving size is three scoops, twice a day, which is about 1120 calories. It comes in a 5 lb. tub, but following their guidelines there is only (14) servings per container.I found that it mixes well in a blender bottle either with water or milk, didn't clump up or leave an after taste. The triple chocolate flavor actually tasted pretty good and this would make a great meal replacement drink.Made in Canada under cGMP practices and regularly tested by the 'Informed'

We’ve been drinking this protein powder mix this week and initially focused on blend-ability and taste. We tried a couple different methods of blending. The first was by itself in a shaker bottle with 1-1/2 scoops of powder to 1 cup of almond milk. Despite substantial shaking, the powder did not dissolve completely. The second blend method was as an add-in for a strawberry smoothie made in a Vitamix. The Vitamix was able to blend it well, so this would be our preferred mixing method, even by itself. It was then on to flavor. The taste is good initially, but there is a slight aftertaste we can’t put our finger on. It may be the Stevia sweetener or perhaps the fermented ingredients—this is the reason we gave it 4 stars. However, regardless of any of our findings on mixability and taste (all of which we can work around), we would use this powder because of the quality ingredients and macro levels. Protein: 30g (as hydrolysate and isolate) ; Fat 4g (as lipids—MCTs, flaxseed & avocado); Carbs 100g with 2.5g fiber (derived from vegetables—some of which have been fermented—and fruits). We were a little concerned about the salt grams in a serving, but turns out it is sea salt and calcium carbonate to function as an electrolyte. This is unusual in powders we have used in the past. There are also enzymes from pineapple and papaya—great for digestion. This is a very well-rounded ingredient list—and yes, we would have preferred NO soy lecithin, but this is in most all powders and can’t be avoided. All in all we are satisfied with this protein powder and glad to have another tool in our arsenal to ramp up our protein levels, stay satiated, and build muscle! Along with a good strength training program, it’s the healthiest thing you can do!

This stuff is great tasting and has all the right stuff. I use it as a post workout drink or as a meal replacement for lunch. One of the better supplements out there that has 60g of protein and clean ingredients too.The flavor is vanilla ice cream and it is as close as it can be for a powdered workout drink.Huge container and a great value.

For a mass gainer they typically mix very thick and chunky in my experience and this one seems to do a little better. The flavor is great although I'd prefer something other then the standard vanilla or chocolate. Companies that mix up the flavors like mocha and peanut butter cookie are ones I will typically buy because it makes drinking it alot easier if it's something more enjoyable. But for vanilla this is fine flavor wise. Would definitely recommend just based of mix ability though!

This protein powder tastes pretty good. However, it doesn't dissolve in water very well. I used my nutri bullet to blend it and drink comes out watery, unlike other protein powder I tried which comes out foamy. I didn't mind it, but some people might not like it.
