We started playing Exploding Kittens first through the mobile app, then we saw this on sale and had to get it.Such a fun entertaining game! Playing it with our eldest daughter quite regularly, the game is all about avoiding the exploding kittens with a limited number of “saves”, the fun really begins when you get to choose exactly where you put the exploding kitten back into the deck and you can choose where, top? Bottom? 3 cards later? Your choice!Highly recommend to any one for a fun family or friend game night.We now also own 2 of the expansions which adds some unique extra twists, we have Imploding Kitten and Streaking Kitten.

I buy these for my brother in law and whenever I supply him with an expansion pack you can guarntee a game of cards will follow. This one was really fun and changed io the game a bit.Fully recommend. They are fun to look at too.

Great game once you get to grips with the rules. Great for all ages

This was purchased as a travel game for a family of 4 with children of ages 5 and 9.On opening the box the children were excited by the art work on the cards as they looked appealing and fun. We looked through the cards and tried to work out what each meant. The cards themselves are well made and of a strong material.The rules were easy to understand and play began almost immediately.The game was quick, I would say a round can last between 15 and 30 minutes. It was fun and we enjoyed the competitive element when putting the exploding kitten back in a selected place so that you can choose who will explode next.Our 5 year old needed help to access this game as the cards were a little wordy and lots of rules to learn. However, our 9 year old picked it up really quickly and was able to play themselves.

Exploding kittens is a family favourite, enjoyed every game night and holiday trip. As with every game, the more you play it, the more familiar you get to the strategies and play styles.What better way to level the playing field than with new cards, actions and advantages?Barking kittens delivers this in style - and by style I mean the glamourous new hat a lucky player gets to wear!The kids loved the new ways they can screw dad over and avoid the exploding kittens!The box is bigger than the base pack, because of the hat, but that means it is able to hold the original set plus additional expansion sets easily.woof, meiow, boom!

What can I say. It's exploding kittens on a bigger scale. I normally play this when I have the family round. 8 of us playing this is havoc & I couldn't ask for anything more.

Very good game for all the family

This has now been updated to 5*s as I have just confirmed with the team at the Oatmeal that the new cards are indeed compatible with the party pack. The recent release of the Party pack standardised the backs of all the cards to be the same as the original and the expansion packs! I will be purchasing the Streaking kittens pack shortly!** UPDATED **First of all, I have enjoyed the comics from the Oatmeal for years before exploding kittens came out. When this was first publicized and released, I had the chance to play this with friends in the first edition of the pack.Over time, they got more and more expansion packs. These were just as fun. The comics on these cards are well thought out and hilariously in the style of all of the oatmeals comics. If you enjoy crude humour, memes, etc, then you will enjoy the artistic masterpiece that are the illustrations on these.The game is simple to play as per all other reviews and this comes with some of the cards from one of the expansion packs. The pack contains some of the cards from Imploding kittens expansion 1 - except for the actual imploding kittens card itself. This is not a problem as most of them are in there! This is a great set of someone just starting out. We got this to play with a larger group of players and we really enjoyed our time on this.
