Obviously perceived effects of most suppliants is objective and with that in mind I will explain my buying experience.Going through an epic bout of sleeplessness, I realised I needed a different variation that one I'd bought previously for muscle cramps.Bought on the strength of the reviews, the strength, value in relation to dosage versus cost, I've been using these for almost three weeks now and notice a marked difference in sleep.They are neither a cure all or a sleeping table but they have had a positive impact on my ability to sat asleep which was the prime reason for buying so in that regard I would say they were a success.My results aren't scientific obviously and so I recommend with the proviso that we are all different and what will work for one may not for another.

Noticed a huge difference in sleep quality from the first night I used it. I struggled lately with falling asleep and the when I g woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom I couldn't fall back asleep. After taking this magnesium, I fell asleep easily and then even if I had to go to the bathroom multiple times, I immediately fell back asleep. Even my Fitbit picked up improved sleep quality. Highly recommend this product and will 100% re-purchase

I’ve not felt much benefit really. The capsules are huge too. Wish they were a bit smaller.I also had a bit of stomach upset with them but I believe this can happen with magnesium, even if it’s glycinate. I know the others are meant to be harsher. Also, the stomach upset was mild and did subside after getting used to them so don’t be put off by this.Overall, it’s a good quality product.

I did my homework a bit as there’s so many magnesium products on the market but not necessarily for what I wanted them for (sleep & restless legs!)I read mainly good reviews for this brand also good value so thought I’d give them a go.I would say my sleep has improved and I’ve also noticed my nails are a lot stronger.I have also noticed my tooth strength has improved which I think is the magnesium too

I did the research and read the small print and this magnesium glycinate is the best value. 1200mg of pure magnesium. i don’t want the other types mixed in and i don’t need a colourful plastic pouch or bottle.

Since taking this magnesium supplement I am getting a fantastic sleep at night where as before I would wake up a few times during the night as for any other benefit I would say it's too early to mention.

This does everything I need it to at an incredible price. I was taking an expensive magnesium combo until discovering I don’t need to. Switching to this product has given better sleep and I feel calmer, all in the space of a week. It can’t be a coincidence!

It's cheap, and provides a good amount of elemental magnesium with nothing else and no frills which is what I wanted. I have lowered my star rating because I got a bit of a begging message asking me to review. This product isn't short of reviews, and I have enough going on in my life without getting messages from the seller specifically asking me to review a supplement so that was a bit of an annoyance. On top of that, in the message it made a big deal about being the cheapest on Amazon, and in the 2 or 3 weeks since then the price has gone up by another 35% so actually isn't that cheap anymore.I haven't specifically noticed any change to muscle fatigue or sleep since taking this, but if I stop taking it and things change I will update this review. For the price, it seems like a good choice.
