My 4 year old loves it. It was easy to put sim card in. It was very good quality

not a good renewed product
This tablet was terrible for my son. be careful buying renewed on here. It took a whole day to charge once and then it only worked for 4 hours. as you can see is the picture I uploaded, another day it was charging at 24% with 7 hours until fully charged. That is ridiculous. It took way too long to charge and I had enough of that. My son had to wait all day to use it. I returned it and got a completely different brand and something newer. Sometimes it's worth it.

Screen problem malfunction
It stopped working after 20 minutes of use. All of a sudden it froze then I had to restart it, it never let me open it passed my passcode password, it glitched out and stopped registering my finger motion. What an awful nightmare and a bad company.

This product freezes, is slow to power up. I have an identical tablet and it is better than this. The only reason I bought this one is because mine lost sound. Terrible purchase!
