Battery life:Battery life is amazing. Take hours to charge and works for whole week. Waterproofness:Not fully waterproof. Resistant to spills and splash. Don't submerge it under water. Water flosser:Comes with 2Water pressure:Water pressure is decent. Not effective in removal of tartar or hard plaque. Product quality:Plastic quality is good. I dropped few times during usage and product is runng well. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Customer service is awesome. Once flosser was not working adequately. The customer service on WhatsApp chat resolved my query by replacing it with new one. Within few days the flosser was replaced.

I bought two of them in the month of February 2025, the first one wouldn’t recharge after using and the manufacturer did replace it under warranty. The replacement unit was recharged once and now has the same issue, ie; it just doesn’t charge at all despite trying different chargers, cables and sockets.

I started using this to strengthen my gums. Initially it hurt a little but now can use as highest setting. Go for it if you need to massage your gums.
