It seemed to calm my 3 year old daughter down and help her sleep more readily, but now she won't eat them because she hates the taste and texture. And I don't blame her, they are a little rubbery.

These gummies seem to be old or something because they’re hard and almost unable to be chewed. My kiddo has always loved them and they work so well but I can’t get her to take any more after how terrible she said the first one was.
