At 30 weeks, my belly button felt like it was tearing. I was trying to prevent diastasis recti. I used a few different types of KT tape, but the Frida one was a much higher quality. It stretched more and I could wear it for a few days.My physical therapist liked it.Postpartum, I dont have diastasis recti. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but it definitely felt like that's what was happening.Definitely soak it in water to remove.

At first, this tape was like an angel from god because the minute I put it on, I felt tremendous relief and I was able to stand up normally without gripping something and my belly was lighter and it was just perfection. I noticed it was slightly itchy but I couldn’t see my belly (I put 2 strips on the lower half) and it didn’t itch enough for me to take it off. Plus it hurt to just take it off. Then 2 days later, it came off easier (it lasted 2 full days and 1 night plus a shower) and I looked at my belly and along the edges was the most horrific looking burn/blister or something. I’m assuming it means I’m allergic to the tape and I see reviews where many people are also allergic to it. The blisters looked like raised lines. It wasn’t everywhere and it was mostly on the edges of where the tape started to come off so maybe it was from the pulling…not sure…but the itchiness I’m experiencing now, a day later, is unbearable and I just need to warn you that it might happen also. Literally lying in bed with diaper rash cream all over my belly lol. Don’t know if it’ll work. I tried hydrocortisone cream last night and it worked only for like an hour. Also I’ve been putting jojoba oil on it. So far, idk how to treat it. Hopefully it just goes away

THIS IS A GAME CHANGER!! It works! It does take some of the pain and pressure away and gives you support without restrictions. ( im a plus size soon to be mom so normal pregnancy stuff doesn't fit me) to remove have to peel it off very very slowly. No residue left behind. This will be added to my must haves till baby gets here! Worth the buy!

I used this tape 2 days. While day 1 gave me the most relief from my round ligament pain compared to my belly band. Day 2 I had blisters and when I took the tape off, it peeled the skin and popped some of the blisters. Now I have open wounds on my lower belly. If you don't have sensitive skin, it seems like this is amazing. The adhesive does have a strong smell and was sticky, especially as the day progresses and your body heats it up. I will be throwing the rest out though because these blisters and wounds are painful.

These worked amazingly !They held up my belly and gave me such relief while pregnant.I was able to wear them for 2 days wear.But when it came time to take them off was torcher !I tried a dry rip DONT ! It will ripe your skin!I tried to soak them off in the shower , a bit easier buuuuut it still rip skin and caused some scarring .

This was a pure life saver in my second pregnancy. I’m now carrying my third and still in love. I d had such bad back pain and round ligament pains but this tape has seriously made it so much more tolerable!!

I am literally crying. Im too pregnant and in pain to deal with even more pain. This tape is genuinely horrible. So itchy and irritating. Then I wasted so much money on my oil to try to “soak it off” and it still hurts so extremely bad like the strongest bandaid you ever felt that you now have to remove from your entire pregnant sensitive belly. Im just so freaking sad that I put this on me and am now sitting here itchy irritated and in pain. I removed every frida product from my registry after this experience. Disappointed is an understatement, it is likely the hormones causing this much of an emotional reaction but honestly I feel devastated. I am just sitting here with this crap stuck to me and it literally will not come off with out extreme pain. Ugh. Who would make this????
