This stuff really does its job when I have a bad head cold without making me drowsy. You generally have to buy this from the counter (on Amazon, state your birthdate) because of its potency, but as a teacher, the price and added difficulty is well worth it. I generally sleep through the night when I take it and have a clear head during the day. Wow this stuff just works so well, I literally only ever buy the name brand. I get sick a bunch because I travel frequently, and this stuff has gotten me through soooo many colds. Removes most mucus in your nose/throat and lasts a long time too (12hr). It does dehydrate you though, so make sure to drink more fluids (especially important when sick). Other than that, has helped save me from many sleepless, sick nights!!

This worked well the first 2 days. Then something in it made me wired up and I couldn’t sleep. Took 2 days for it to be out of my system.

A week ago last Friday my son came down with the Summer crud that he picked up from a Bud and proceeded to give it to his Girlfriend and more friends. I immediately put him on this and reminded him to take it every 12 hrs. Since he’s a teenager I said that means every 9AM & 9PM. Its a miracle he took it & his lungs are doing very well a week later. Now I’m recommending this to all of his friends Mom’s!

This stuff really works. There is noticeable difference after 2 days. Also, always check the price per count/tablet for different variations. Sometimes, a packet with lower quantity of tablets is cheaper than a packet with a higher quantity.
