I was looking for a replacement for my laptop but I didn't want to play laptop money. Just this tablet and it has filled in quite nice. I am able to create word documents as well as spreadsheets and presentations. Also functions as my entertainment center and so many the other things. Truly beautiful joy for Samsung products and this tablet is no different!

Was hesitant to buy refurbished but have not had a bit of trouble. Works like new. Use it every day for reading mostly and recipes.

My daughter bought this tablet for her dad's birthday. He'd been using his phone to play games and she watched him straining to see the screen.Let me tell you...once it was completely set up after all the updates that it needed, he did NOT PUT THAT TABLET DOWN for the next 4-5 hours.Our family are Samsung Galaxy fans and have other Samsung galaxy electronics.This is a refurbished tablet in EXCELLENT condition. No scratches, dents or cracks whatsoever. The battery lasts for several hours and neither the tablet or power cord heats up or overheats. Has external memory card slot for extra storage with a micro SD card. Nice large screen, easy to navigate and set up. We LOVE it!!!! My husband LOVES it!!!! Great product and great value.

This tablet is so hard to set up, it is complicated beyond imagination. I am pretty techy and this thing has frustrated me to the point that I almost threw out the window. I wish I could return it because I can't use it. Totally wasted my money. It's very proprietary and you can't even open the Google Play store app on it. I have other Samsung products and they are just fine, but this one; I recommend you stay away from it. It is a complete hassle and disaster, waste of money. An example, I downloaded the Google Play store app, try to open it and it keeps asking me for a password. I never put a password on my Google Play app. Can't get it to open, nor can I get any other app to open unless it's a Samsung. When I chose one of their apps, it open right away. I wish I could return it but I have waited too long. Don't buy, you'll just waste your money and frustrate yourself beyond belief.

I bought the keyboard separately and I like the functionality of them both together. The stylist stick I'm used to using with my phone.The ease of setting up apps and adding email accounts.The seamlessness of my PowerPoint which is why I purchased these.On the go for presentation is why I made the purchase and im happy with it.
