Good and effective
Fish oil is good and it's effective..y stamina increased a lot, felt good overall.Still I get fish burps,but when I have it before my lunch and dinner, it's normal. Also I deep freeze the fish oil to reduce burps.Shilajit I haven't tried it yet.Edit: I don't care about the serving size. If you compare it with other competitor it's still the same cost.

I recently bought this product, I have no product quality related reviews for now, but Beware that there 2500mg is 2 soft gels taken together( 1servings is 2 soft gel) if only 1 taken daily, all there nutritional contents would be considered to be half. Which seems like marketing gimmicks to make us but by displaying 2500mg.
