As soon as I saw a confirmed pregnancy test, I contracted a terrible cold. When pregnant, you cannot take any over the counter medications and I was so miserable! This is the only thing that gave me relief. It takes a moment to figure out, but once you master the angle of your head, the congestion will be wiped away. Just be sure to use filtered water, never use tap water (it can lead to infection)! I was using this 3X a day and still have plenty of saline packets left for my next cold.

Cute little pot! Actually size just right for distilled/purified water to clean sinuses. Use the salt packets that come with it. This really helps when your sinuses are inflamed & swollen. It is designed for ease of use. I was very happy with results of using which cleared my sinus congestion.

I use these in my sinus rinse bottle. I like they are individual uses. I have used them several times and still have a lot left. I just keep them in my closet whenever I have a problem with my sinuses. Just open up the packet and pour into the sinus rinse bottle. I always shake it up before use. That way the salt is evenly distributed.

This product may work better for you than it did for me. I have a lot of breathing issues. I did not like the product. It felt to me like there was too much water left in my sinuses after the rinse. I think it left me more congested then when I started. Had a family emergency and I was too late to return product once I was home and able to give it a good few days try. My fault that I was too late to return it because of not getting to it quicker. I had high hopes for this to be able to help me. Hopefully it will be a better product for you. It was made very well.
