Q: Is this bleeding tissue paper? It's noted in the description, but im not really sure it's accurate ?

This is NOT bleeding tissue paper. I purchased it based on the fact the write up said it was. Very DISAPPOINTED!! Q: Are any sheets white?

I don't believe any were white but there were some cream colored sheets. It's been over a year since we used these so the memory is a little foggy.
