Absolute LIFE SAVER! Fixed my old HP Envy laptop from 2009. It was stuck on the startup menu and I read that I needed to download some sort of Microsoft repair tool onto a USB using another computer to fix it… But this disk did the trick! I’m so happy!

I simply used some software to optimize the speed on my laptop. It scanned my laptop and everything it found that allegedly was slowing down my laptop, I removed. However, once I did that I could no longer get my laptop to boot up so I can log into using it, like I normally do. So, I purchased this product based on what it described in the product description. Consequently, this product; the DVD did "SQUAT", "JACK DIDLEY"; "NOTHING". I wouldn't recommend this product to anybody at all. Keep your money, do not get "RIPPED OFF", by purchasing this DVD. I purchase tons of things from Amazon all the time; all year long, read my reviews. This is the sixth or seventh negative review I have written; seeing this product was totally useless. I can't tell if "ANYTHING", is on this DVD 📀 at all. Buyer beware! This item should be taken down. This is the warning you need to see 👀 before you blow $20.00 dollars or more for "NOTHING".

At first was going return.says on card not windows 10.but on site says is. The site on card gives, says phishing site and wants get passwords etc. Then the next was email.said none exists, disk would not run. So on thinking return, but one last ditch went into file opened and ran through it. Ran and reloaded windows as said on site. Was worth the price for me.only had simple problem with windows not updating.

Excellent Product

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my computer and why it wouldn't boot, or even go into repair mode; so as a last ditch effort I decided to give this software a try. This disk was able to get me into the screen where you can either try to repair or reinstall Windows so it did work fort that, and it even let me start the process of reinstalling Windows 10 which is what I wanted it for. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get windows 10 to complete the reinstall process, but that is because as it ends up my hard drive was shot. If my hard drive was ok, I think this software probably would have worked.I see a lot of reviews about people not being able to get the disk to boot up, and I had the same issue when I tried it out; but after going to the website for instructions and following the instructions on how to change the boot order, I had no issues after that booting from the disk. You do have to be a little tech savvy to complete that process, but I didn't have any issues and I am by no means an IT expert.

It didn't work , so I tossed it in a drawer, and its more than great, I have recovered 11 office pc's. Easy, reliable and fast.

Read the insert included with the CD, which contradicts their advertisement. This does not do as promised. Also, when you go to their website it's UNSECURED!!! Do not buy this product!
