I tried 3 other ones before settling on this brand, and this was the best one by far because:1) metal support is sewn in and secure and doesn’t slide out2) very comfortable for small hands - the thumb hole doesn’t rub your skin sore3) the Velcro straps are good quality and fits the band well so that it doesn’t stick out and get caught on pillowcases, bedding or clothes.4) it’s not too big and cumbersome so it’s comfortable to wear to sleep and it’s breathable so it doesn’t get hot like some other brands5) also very comfortable to wear when awake and typing on computer or doing other tasks and chores

I’ve been suffering from horrific wrist pain on both sides due to heavy increases In screen/device use but due to owning our business I’m not able to avoid it or lighten my use. I’ve purchased 4 different styles of braces trying to find something that works without being so bulky I can’t sneak work in too. Out of ALL the different styles this is by far the most beneficial AND most effective for eliminating some pain when consistently used. I’ll be ordering another set for work and backup wear.

I needed this right away after overextending my left wrist, so I ordered both sizes. I am a smaller person, but you never know how things are going to fit. The smaller size fit perfectly and it was very comfortable. I especially liked driving with it and now plan to take it with me on trips that will require hours of driving.

I bought this to immobilize my wrist after hurting it while clearing the ice off my driveway. It seems to be fairly well made, but as others have noted there are fit and sizing issues with it.For reference, I'm 6'-1" tall, 200 lb, and my wrist is about 8" around (if it helps, I wear a size L golf glove <grin>). According to the sizing guidance, it sounded like I could possibly use either size, but I chose the Large / X-Large based on the reviews, and as I've tried to show in the second pic, there is only maybe 1/2" to spare on the wrist strap, so if your wrist is much larger than 8" this brace may not fit you. I cannot find any marking on the brace itself, so it's possible that a Small / Medium brace was placed into my Large / X-Large packaging, but based on other reviews I don't think that's the case.Regarding fit, it feels sorta small overall, consistent with the above comments, and the thumb opening doesn't fit my hand correctly (see the circled area in the first pic). I tried wearing it while sleeping last night but my thumb became irritated and I had to remove it after about 5 hrs.Having said all that, the brace is comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time, is reasonably easy to put on and remove, and it functions well at preventing me from moving the wrist in ways that cause pain. I've used it for a day now, so I'm not going to return it, and given the price and apparent build quality, I feel like it is closer to 4 stars than 3.

These are perfect support for activities that need a bit of wrist movement. They are not so firm that they cause more irritation. I have learned that too stiff of a brace forces your tendons to work even harder which can cause more issue. I highly recommend these.

Bought this for my husband because the standard one wasn’t working. He hurt his wrist while we were moving. The heat made a big difference and he was able to wear it while at work. The pain in his wrist was gone a month later after consecutive use.

Helped significantly with my carpal tunnel at night. I wake up and there’s no pain or tingling.It’s easy to use and set and not overly bulky. I’m able to use my hand still as well which is convenient.

This brace is made fairly well, but it fits too tightly on my large hand and gets very uncomfortable on my thumb. The hole for the thumb just isn't big enough. I'm constantly loosening the brace and pulling on the top of the thumb loop so it doesn't keep pulling so much. I think I will have to buy something else instead. I wish they had a real XL size.
