Update after 6 months of continuous usage:This is an amazing air purifier. Even in Delhi, the performance has been the same even after 6 months of continuous usage. The filters seem almost new and I think will easily last 2 years in a normal city and at least 1 full year in a polluted mess like Delhi.No quality problems either. Everything has been working as new and I am very happy with the Sharp quality.****Original review in March 2021:Purchased this yesterday morning from seller 'Brand Authorised Sales' and received it same day evening. Packaging and delivery was top notch and in brand sealed condition. I was able to register the purifier with Sharp.I've been using Philips AC2887 air purifiers for the last 2 years, but I needed something with more coverage for the living room. This Sharp FP-J60 is perfect for that.It's about 50% bigger than the AC2887 and is able to easily handle the air purification in a 50 square meter space. Where the AC2887, which is meant for bedroom use, would take over 1 hour to go below 30 for PM2.5, this does that in about 15-20 mins.The HEPA filters are the same thickness and quality as the Philips so I think both are quality products from a performance perspective.However, this Sharp FP-J60 just oozes quality - typical for Japanese products. It looks very sophisticated in the living room, whereas the Philips looks utilitarian. The plastics, touch controls, display, everything just looks, feels and is built to a really high quality and finish.The fan is relatively quiet but does have an audible hum at the medium and highest fan settings. Still quieter than the Philips. I also really like the Auto timer ON/OFF feature.Cons? Can't think of anything yet. It's working better than I expected so Five stars and totally recommended for people who care about their Air quality and like to invest in high quality products for their spaces.Thanks once again to the seller for a flawless experience.

Sensors (PM2.5, haze, dust, odour) which are activated with ambient light and dims in a dark room.Cleanable outer filter.Been using for nearly a year without any problems.

Super effective,user friendly , whisper quiet !!It is a very nice piece of device with amazing features .Auto mode is super good which runs silently at optimum speed required . I can't even hear it running ,only by getting close to the machine i can feel the air .PM display and led light corresponding to air quality is handy too .It also has light sensor which automatically turns off the display and led in night or when you turn off the lights .Washable PM10 Pre-Filter is a welcome and thoughtful addition too.I have yet to see effects of Plasmacluster Technology.

Very much satisfied with the purchase, provides real time display of PM 2.5, haze, dust, odour and power consumption. Most importantly is the only brand of air purifier in India with HEPA 14 grade filter (99.99%).Edit 02-12-19: However, this model doesn't have HEPA14 filter and it carries the usual true HEPA filter (99.97%). It's not worth Value For Money.Edit 11-05-2020: Filter needs replacement in under 6 months of usage (10 hours every night, with the exception of minor power outages). Sharp filters are very costly, can purchase an air purifier at the cost of replacing the filter.

At the onset, would like to appreciate the customer care team who send in an e-mail requesting details of the product for warranty even before it was delivered.Now the product: as per few articles online the J series was launched specifically for pollution in India. This is at present one of the only purifiers with HEPA grade 14.1. Easy to move between rooms2. Took not more than 15 minutes to move from an impure air level to clean level; and reducing particles from over 330 to 303. Hardly makes any sound4. Easy to understand user manual5. Just to test, tried it even in a larger space i.e. 600sq.ft. worked well; however, as a practice don't use in an area greater than the outlined limit. It may reduce efficiency.FYI: The only difference between J80 and J60 is the area coverage; J80 easily covers area of over 600sq.ft.

Product is good and easy to install without any external help. A bit expensive but a good brand nevertheless. The packaging was horrible as an open box was delivered. When asked the delivery boy why it’s open I was given a lazy reply that it opened on its way bringing it to my apartment.

Liked the product but filters are very expensive. Not sure if Plasma cluster does any real job. Bought for my parent who had allergy, don't think it made much difference. Spending more and going for best in class maybe better if you want a serious change in air quality.

The product is way better than mi filters it really cleans.
