they smell fine even after significant milk build-up
These breast pads are really absorbant and surprisingly, they smell fine even after significant milk build-up. With regards to an exact number of hours of how long they can be used, my honest opinion is that the answer depends on 2 factors - 1. How soon after delivery you are using them 2. How often your baby eats. Our bodies post-delivery are not sure how much milk to produce for the new born, and hence the chance of over production exists for a few weeks post-delivery. You can use a pair of pads for a good few hours to half a day. Slowly, as the body recognises and produces only as much as is needed by the baby, you can adjust and use a pair for almost a full day and a pair for the night. Once your baby starts outside food and the body has excess milk build up till it figures out the new reduced demand, you will face a similar issue.I used the pads post-delivery for both my children. After about a month or so, I started using bras with in-built pads for the most part, as I was home and excess build up and leakage ceased. I continued to use the pads whenever I went out just to be sure. An added bonus is that they are soft, smell neutral and fit most bra types without adding bulk. The only down side in my opinion is that the sticky patch could have been a bit wider to avoid the pads from moving or being pulled off when one's in a hurry to feed the baby. They may seem costly, but having leakage when on the go is extremely embarrassing and also unhygienic for the baby. Well worth the money considering you don't need them forever.

Haven’t used it yet
However the adhesion glue seems pretty less!

Extremely irresponsible act
The pack I was sent was in a very bad condition.I thought may be it was due to transportation and ignored it.After sometime I realised that the inner pads were also in a bad condition full of dirt and when I checked the manufacture date and Expiry date only the month was mentioned and the area where year is mentioned was made blue so that year could not be read. This is extremely irresponsible act.

Comfortable
Great product. Absorbency is great..Some work needs to be done on adhesion as it is leass sticky.Overall thumps up for it 👍

Basic, requires some improvements
These are thick pads with only 1 adhese point (instead of 2 like in competitor products). Because of the lack of adhesive points the pad tends to bunch up during feeds and doesn't stay in place. The thickness is not a major issue but good ultra thin pads are available with competitors.
