I haven’t had these long but these are my favorite buds I have ever bought. I love the fit, size, sound quality and features. The only very small drawback now is volume. They don’t go as loud as some but I think they are loude enough. I liked the price also. They are so perfect for me I bought a second pair in case I can’t get these again. If I have any issues within the next year I will update this review

Overall great buds for sleeping, especially as a side sleeper. They do only last about 6hrs, but for me it's not an issue as it doesn't bother me or wake me up when they run out. With the seal you get they keep out the background noise.The one issue they have is a weird thing where the balance will move left and right from time to time. It'll shift back and forth a handful of times from centered to full left to full right ....etc....for about 10-15 seconds. It's annoying but not enough to make me stop using them. Similar to this there are times where it sounds like the bt connection is weak ...and my phone is only about a foot away. Also goes away after awhile.Again a couple of annoying items, but overall a good set of sleeper buds at a competitive price.

EDIT: Afer contacting the manufacturer, they promptly sent a replacement set. Really pleased with the speed of service. At first, I loved them. They fit fairly well, didn't cause discomfort when laying on them. Less is to be said about they're durability or longevity - just over a month after purchase the right bud went bad, of course right outside of the return window. I used mine more than the other two sets I bought, so maybe I just got unlucky. Will update if either other pair have issues.

My husband bought these because I have very small ears and ear buds tend to fall over easily. These fit perfectly. I can even use either ear bud on either ear and it’s not uncomfortable.The sound sucks though… it isn’t very loud. So don’t get them if you are planning on jamming out to music. I use them for watching YouTube videos. I can lay on that side of my head and they don’t hurt. They barely stick out of my ear.YOU CAN NOT TALK THROUGH THEM. So if you were planning on using them for that, get something else. I was disappointed but I guess I should have read more about them.Battery seems to be pretty good. I can run them each dead a few times and still be able to fully charge them with the case. They also charge pretty fast.Not bad but I think the price should be lower for only being able to use them for one thing. I know they are supposed to be for sleeping but they should still be able to go higher in sound.My husband choose this brand because he has their other version and has bought them twice and got a replacement for a connection issue.If you have a problem with shipping taking to long message the company. We didn’t for a few months on the other style and as soon as we messaged them, they got them shipped out and within that week we finally received them. They messaged back within an hour. Been through three pairs. On two, the left earbud would get a buzz sound, have lower volume than the right ear, or have a glitchy connection. Once it was replaced by company but then it happened again. Didn’t care to contact customer support as it had been a few months. Now I bought the z30 they offer. Hopefully it’s not defected as well.

Do not hold a charge. They die after a month! Stay away!!!!!

Sound, quality and customer service

these are great earbuds. good noise cancelation. however the only downside is that it doesn't connect to phone calls.
