We initially used the toothbrush as a teether and as a way for baby to practice holding things like a utensil. Now that several teeth have sprouted we are using it as a toothbrush and its perfect that there are bristles on both sides. I squeeze a tiny bit of non flouride tooth paste on both sides to get top and bottom teeth at the same time. It's the perfect size as well

Definitely helps my baby get used to having things brushing/poking in his mouth. I totally misread that it’s just 1 brush though which makes it on the more expensive side for essentially a toothbrush shaped teething toy

I can’t speak to whether this is effective or not but baby loves to put it in his mouth :D

This is the first tooth brush that I have gotten for my grandson that he hasn't chewed through. He loves it and so do I.

I like the sensory bumps on two sides and bristles on the other two. It is easier to get all the teeth and my kid really likes it.

Our kiddo loves to chew on these. It seems to really help soothe and will help with brushing in the future I’m sure!
