Japanese Wind Chime Tassels Wind Catcher Random 5 PVC Cards, Accessories for Japanese Cast Iron Wind Bell, 1.6" x 7.9"

I’ve been looking for these long time. Bought 2 packs then they were out. I’ve waited for stock and bought 2 more 😅 weather resistant. Great ones to replace those paper ones ruined after awhile…

The colors are vibrant and the patterns typical of what you would find if you were purchasing them in Japan. They do appear to be some sort of PVC rather than paper, so they should last longer than a single season. In the image it looked like they had the typical brass grommet at the hole. Buth the ones I received do not have that typical detail used with paper type. I am not sure how this will impact the longevity of the tassel or string.The one oddness is they are not all the same gauge thickness. One of them is twice the thickness of the rest.

I like them both, but, actually prefer the bird with the paper toggle. The bell is beautiful, however, the heavier toggle doesn't chime as easily. The bird only need a little bit of a breeze and it begins. to chime. If they ever offer more of just the bird I will definitely buy.

The sound of these bells are beautiful, but the hanging paper is little too shallow material.I wish the company change that to at least plastics instead of papers.

For some reason I was expecting the 7 pendants pictured. However, out of the 6 that they actually sent there was only 1 that was as shown. So it looks like when they state random patterns, they mean many of them could be different than the ones shown. I liked most of the ones shown and only a few of the ones I got. It's a crap shoot. Luckily not an expensive one.

The print/design on two of the five tassels was done on clear plastic/PVC - not representative or as decorative as the other three which were were well-designed. None had eyelets/protective grommets around the small holes for the twine.

It looks sweet hanging off the end of my fence. It takes a lot to chime, so almost never does, even when it's windy, but that's okay since it sounds like a ship's bell. Not the prettiest sound but I bought it for its cuteness, which it certainly is.
