Molyslip MOL1 325ml Engine Protector

I have a 2005 BMW 320 D and the car was running really roughly, loudly and the fuel economy was not as good as it could have been, even after a service including an oil change. I used Molyslip before a long drive from London to Wales and I noticed the difference in a few kilometrrs after the engine warmed up. The rattling had greatly reduced, the engine became smoother, power delivery seems to be improved and fuel economy has gone up by about 3 mpg. (Just to note, I only use my car on a weekly journey that lasts about an hour on a dual carriage way and I don't do much in town driving).

A good addition to my engine _

I saw this demonstrated back in @ 1965 at a readymixed concrete co. I worked for. The rep was showing the truck owner drivers how effective it was by pushing a steel bar against a spinning grinding wheel. Without molyslip and just oil, the bar had a gouge cut into it in no time. The bar was then dipped in a Molyslip / oil blend and the reverse of the same spot presented back to the grind wheel. There was barely a mark on the bar. Convinced me. I've used it in bike and car engines ever since. Current Jeep V8 has 198,000 miles on it and still going strong and runs as smooth and quiet as a mouse.

Clearly it did do something to my car, but not overly so. Perhaps that's what is suppose to happen. I wouldn't recommend this product to others as I don't know for sure if I am being lied to or otherwise.

I used to use this 30 years ago but if you read the web reviews you'll see that oil technology has progressed making this type of product redundant on newer vehicles. Might be of some use on older cars or high mileage where clearance tolerances have deteriorated.

I have a 2007 Ford Focus and with 50000mls on the clock.There are a few odd noises starting so I read the reviews and thought I would have a go and see what the fuss was about.It has been 2 weeks since I added it to the oil and this is what I have observed......nothing!It runs the same, sounds the same and there is definitely no increase in performance.Just spend the money on petrol instead.The star rating is for the quick despatch and delivery...nothing else.

When my car done more than 50K on each service I add Molyslip, reduces oil consumption and engine sounds quieter and runs smoother.This product can I believe stop and engine seizing solid in the event of mechanical failure.Used it for many years

Have used this product before, and have always been pleased with the results. Reduced engine noise, easier starting and reduced engine wear. Try it when you next change your oil and filter, you will be pleasantly surprised I am sure.
