We got the harness in medium (teal color) for our 18 lb. corgi who isn't a big fan of her other harness that needs to go over her head (with a bit of a tight fit) to get it on/off. This one is great because it's a step in style so it's much easier to get on her. It's also great for when we go places with water - since there's less material, it dries faster and doesn't bring as much of the dirt / mud / water back into the car with us at the end of the hike.It is a bit hard to tell which way is left/right when you put it on, but it seems to fit our dog fine either way (maybe with minor strap adjustments sometimes) so that's not a big deal for us.Also our corgi's measurements are below in case it helps you with figuring out the right size for your dog! We have the straps tightened about halfway on the harness so it could probably accommodate a good range on either side of our pup's measurements. I am giving this 5 stars mainly because it really is very nice, especially for the extremely low price I paid. However the medium is way to small to be used by my by my 'medium' sized dog (50lb lab mutt, small head and somewhat big neck). basically it looks as though its a cat collar. Which is my fault for not better reading the description. Its only about a half inch wide and wont even fit around my knee (average sized guy). Would be great for a cat or any little dog though. Will probably just order the large which is 1'' wide and should fit well. Cheers!

These are a really good price for a very visible collar. The part that accepts the plastic clip/latch is metal and the collar seems pretty sturdy but never use this type collar to secure your dog. They can break. I use this collar for everyday viability and to hold my dogs address tags. For the price its great.(don't tie your dog out or even use with a leash if they are a puller - this collar isn't meant for that)

The harness is very thin if you have a big dog I’d be worried this would hold them back it’s so thin it could easily snap. Plus I bought this for my 11 pound dog and he’s usually a small. So I bought this harness in a small and it’s way too tiny. Like this small is like a extra small. It would be perfect for a puppy or those teacups. So if ur gonna buy this GET A SIZE BIGGER!

For what i paid for, I'm really happy with it. But there seems to be a big learning curve on how tight it gets. If the chest is too tight, my dog chokes, but too lose she slips out trying to go after a squirrel. Shes a 55 pound lab mix, so theres not much stopping her. Shes slipped out multiple times, luckily I was able to grab her in time, but when shes able to get out of it, I cant help but constantly be concerned walking her.Also, this is a harness. Harnesses really aren't made to be "no pull." If you dont want your dog to pull, youd be better off getting a pinch collar, an EasyWalk harness that attaches in the front, or a Gentle Guider collar.

I've now bought 3 of this same harness because the first one was too small. (I bought a small because it was listed to fit a pug or Boston terrier, I have 2 three month old pitbull puppies) pulled out to as far as it would go, it wouldn't even hook over their backs. The second one was made incorrectly & we had to twist the ends in order to hook it correctly. This is now the third one & it seems to be FINALLY correct. I would advise to go a size larger than what they listed for the size close to your breed & check when you first get it to make sure all of the straps are attached/made correctly.

This collar is really nice! Some of the other reviews that claimed that it’s not wide are incorrect. My German Shepard weighs near 100lbs and as you can see in the photos it is not a thin collar. The metal parts seem to be coated so the the ID tags aren’t as loud as his other collar. It’s very vibrant and looks like it will last a long time.

The harness is very nice especially for the price! But, the sizing recommendations are off. I have a toy rat terrier and the small is a little too small for her. It recommended small for a pug or boston terrier but there is no way. Definitiely measure your pup before buying! Other than that it is easy to put on and good quality.

This harness will not stay that size that I adjust it to. I have to readjust the harness during the walk, it loosens so much my dog starts to get her feet caught up in it. I have tried this several times thinking maybe I was doing soemrjing wrong, no matter what the same issue keeps occurring.

very good quality and strong clasp. Our dog is extremely strong and has broken other collars but this one has stood his constant pulling...love it

ok but rattling from clip drives you crazy..still goes loose on Dobermans neck
