I'm not Happy with this speaker!
I expected more from this speaker, But I'm not Happy with it.Pros:- Nice design. Well-made handle.- Lighting is nice for some occasions and you can turn it off when It's not needed.- It has good features and input ports.- It has full size MIC input.- It has two nice looking passive radiators.- It has volume knob instead of push buttons.- Affordable Price.Cons:- It arrived in a cheaply made and low quality box, with super low quality glue. The glue on it already lost it's tackiness when it reached me.- When you turn the speaker ON, It will shout "ZEBRONICS FOR LIFE" then Shout again "BLUETOOTH mode" and right after connecting to bluetooth, another super loud "ZEBRONIC ROCKET 500 IS NOW CONNECTED" at max volume, even if you set the volume to 0! this made the speaker useless for me and there's no way to disable it.- The speaker arrived with rubber buttons separated from the speaker. Again because of low quality glue that they used.- There's always audible static noise, even when nothing is connected to device.- Some lighting modes only work when the volume set too high.- It does not remember the volume / Mode / lighting settings and always resets to default.- The AUX port is MONO while the included cable is stereo.- Unlike my other speakers, Charging on this speaker is super slow, as it charges @ 0.6A.- There's no user's manual nor a quick start paper, they included a QR code for downloading it!- They've used dense white foam to diffuse the RGB lighting, that affected the sound badly.- It has an always ON seven segment RED LED display for mode display, which is not nice and annoying IMHO.Update: I decided to remove one star because after just using it for 3 times, the AUX mode stopped working completely, it just play noise, there is a reset pinhole on the speaker, even resetting it did not help.
