The Neutrogena was much better and my lips felt more moisturised for much longer.But the Himalaya Herbals wins hands down it has the nice fragrance of refresher sweets, which I do not think are around anymore. Immediately my lips felt nourished and remained so for hours, in fact after a couple of days they were back to normal.The only one downside is the actual balm is quite soft so you have to be careful applying, my wife prefers to rub the stick on her finger and them apply to her lips which being quie soft took a chunk out.
