Q: What size star nut does this require?

I bought the tool to put in the star nut and it came with one. The tube outside dia. Is 1 1/8 , so 1 inch is fine for the star nut.

Q: I assume 468mm fork length for the 29inch size? what is the 27inch size?

This fork is universal size,the 26/27.5/29 inch is all 468mm.

Q: Recommendation on how to remove the sticker?

I used a hair dryer and heated the area containing the sticker so that it would peel off. Not too hot or it will met into a mess.
