Worth the money
Never tried this type of product, but glad that I have. For those of you who are old enough to remember Ready-Brek, this stuff is similar. For a 25g serving it goes a long way (and for a gym nut like me at 6'2" and touching 17st that's saying something). Admittedly, I do two separate servings a day but it is good stuff. It is fair to say that as a maple syrup flavour goes it's there, but not over powering. Like most who have written before, I add a little peanut butter and some honey and it works a treat. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for that extra energy boost.
