Ordered as a wedding present and it arrived the next working day which is very impressive for a customised item, unfortunately a detail was incorrect on the print (wrong location highlighted despite sending postcode and place name) however on emailing the company direct they instantly arranged a free replacement print sent out same day that was corrected (replacement arrived 4 days after sending), excellent customer service

Lovely gift for friend's paper anniversary. Well received, fast delivery. Regarding the frame, not worth that amount of money given the quality of the frame.Would be happy to re purchase from the seller again, because a nice item, but without it being framed or gift wrapped.The gift wrapping was not the best, I had to re wrap it in nicer paper, to give it the extra wow factor. I do not believe that the gift wrapping was worth the money. The tissue wrapping was actually better, but was taped to the other wrapping damaging it, so had to re wrap.

this simple but effective gift for my first wedding anniversary was high quality, not tacky - like most other stuff out there to buy.. it was personalised, simple and just perfect. thank you very much.

So good the quality and the print were amazing

I wasn't a fan of the paper quality, I pricked my finger while putting it in the case an a speck of blood got on it and wouldn't come off. It's a bit expensive for what it is but it does look nice.

A lovely simple nice touch to wedding day present. Seller also resolved issue I had with my order quickly and to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.
