Recived product and it was broken in half, cannot even use cap as thats where it broke off at

Not the eye liner gel ordered but still great product what was received
So here is a pic of what I received. After a month I finally tried and really like it. I don’t appreciate the deceptiveness in product being offered though, not one bit! It does go on smooth and is compact as is lipstick size.
