I am waiting for the seller to get back in touch with me, so this review is not about the seller. It is about the product. What a waste of money. We got this machine and from the get-go it was problematic. It does not work with all Canadian money. It only works with older bills and the polymer bills that are starting to circulate of as 2023. I tried US dollars and it worked almost flawlessly. However we are a Canadian company so that is not all that useful. After three weeks it will not even turn on. When the on button is pressed the LED light flashes for a moment and then nothing. It is my sincerest hope the seller does the right thing and refunds our money. I really had high hopes for this machine.

Got this to use in our business after we had an issue with counterfeit bills becoming an epidemic in our town.5 stars for ease of use because:- You just plug it in & download the software before the first use.- Very easy to use, out the bill in and the machine sucks it through and quietly spits it back out within one second!4 stars for accuracy because the computer is never wrong about which bills are counterfeit. However, it does read REAL bills as counterfeit if they are fed into the computer backwards or if a corner is folded. Which isn’t a huge deal but still doesn’t get 5 stars because that is a flaw in my opinion.5 stars for VALUE because this little computer has already saved us hundred of dollars in the first week. We were getting lots of counterfeits (the machine beeps and flashes a red light upon spitting out a counterfeit bill) and after many people had seen this machine, it scared them off lolEven recommended it to customers who are business owners themselves! This currency checker works about half the time. It gives false readings on both good bills and bad bills. I have purchased two different models from different manufacturers and it seems no matter which one you use you'll end up running the bills through the reader a few times just to confirm. These bill readers are a good indication. If you get an error message I suggest checking the usuals; note colors, color shifting ink, security strip, raised clothing ridges, watermark images, and of course serial number consistencies. These bill checkers are not an end-all be all.

It reads all bills as "error." A really expensive mistake on my part.
