Delivery: Prime delivery came next morning, very speedy.Condition: Original packaging.Contents: Exactly as advertised, original Yale emergency cylinder with 5 dimple keys. Installed a breeze and works perfectly with keys in both ends. Will use it for the Nuki smart lock.

Good quality item but not as described in the offer
The item itself has good construction quality as any other Yale product. I give 1 star because it is not possible to unlock from outside when a key is on the inside (emergency function) as described in the offer.

Unfortunately item isn’t as described, the emergency lock/unlock does not work if a key is inserted on the other end. Amazon need to stop sending the wrong item to customers, I have also noticed the model number didn’t match the listing.
