Fan speed too low in the highest setting.
Very bad suction. Heat dissipation is not as much as it's advertised. Does get pretty hot in 1 hours of gaming with the cooling pad.

Both charging docks stopped within 3 weeks.
Both chargers failed within just 3 weeks. Pathetic product. Would not recommend. Save your money and look elsewhere.
