Q: Just get the tree sap off your car windows

Yes, a razor will remove tree sap but is dangerous to use in that it will likely scratch window glass. Instead please just use WD40 to spray onto the sap, let it sit for 5 minutes or so and then wipe it off. Once the cleaned surface is dry, use any commercial "Glass" cleaner and a new rag to re-clean the glass (in order to remove remaining WD40- it will cause the glass to "smear" when it gets wet). I spent 40 years in the auto service industry and this is how we used to clean used cars of sap without harming anything. Albert

Any standard razor blades will fit. I buy them in packs of 50 for the workshop. Should be able to get them anywhere.
