The Entry level 1080p Card
I am going to talk about 4 things here. Direct to the point,Size / PSU ->You need 8 Pin (not 6) PSU PCI-E connector from your SMPS. This is a 90w GPU with 300W PSU requirement. Do not even consider using IDE or SATA to GPU 8pin converter. Make sure to have or buy a SMPS or PSU with dedicated 8 Pin GPU / PCI-E power connector.Secondly, the card is big & heavy, that is a good thing because the heatsink & fans are effective. Check the size with your present cabinet before purchase, as otherwise, you need a new cabinet also.Gaming ->This is the starting range of Nvidia GPU family. Very soon stock will run out & next starting range will be at 2050. Anything below doesn't make sense for actual 1080p performance gaming. All games will run. Low for ultra high end newest title and medium to ultra high for any older title.Video / Render ->This is Rev 3.0, you get dedicated video encoding hardware support and full support from Adobe or other video / 3d render apps. Paired with a right CPU / NVMe, workflow or renders are butter smooth. Specially for shorter projects. No, you movie editing time line or such highest end work flow, obviously you need RTX 4090. But social media content creators, wedding editors will be super satisfied.Heat / Noise ->Indian summer / ambient temps 35c / non AC room / Stock AMD cooler CPU under a closed Cabinet (DeepCool 30SI) with single exhaust FAN. Heavy gaming or synthetic bench will push the card max 75c. When running AC, card never crosses 70c.Overclocking ->I didn't try so I don't have any feedback on this. Sorry.Verdict ->Apart from 1050, this is actually the only entry level nvidia card in the market. any modern iGPU from AMD or Intel will crush 730 or 1030 so between 1050 vs 1650, I chose this one, and specially this Gigabyte model due to this super heat management for Indian summers.Overall, I am satisfied with purchase.

Gpu runs cool and delivers very good performance for its price. This needs a 8 pin connector on your smps to run. I use it with i3 10th gen cpu and many games which are 4-5 yrs old run in full hd smoothly. Most important is gpu runs cool and idles at 50 degrees and cools down fast.

Thik before you buy this product
1. The box looks used/ old not brand new, since the card was launched in 2019 and now it's outdated so logically it's old stock so box will also be old looking.2. The screw is missing from the box, I am talking about the pcie screw which u will be using to hold the card with cabinet. Now I will have to roam in entire market for searching that screw, with the screw the card is waste since it will drop down bcz of its weight.3. Your PSU/ SMPS must have a 8 pin connector to power this card, I was already aware about this but the seller should mention it on the title or description.4. You will not get any sata/ mooler to 8 pin converter in the box but in msi u will get that.5. You should not use converter if u are using a cheap PSU of 500-600 INR, buy a new PSU of I have ordered 650 watt PSU of cooler master, u can also go with 450 or 550 but I will upgrade my system by next year so 650 I have ordered.6. If you are paying 10-13k for a graphic card then please buy a good PSU also minimum 80+ bronze certificate. Don't use this with cheap PSU.7. At the moment I have a cheap PSU of 550 INR so I am not using it my 650 watt psu will arrive on Monday then only I will be able to use this card and check if it's in working condition or not, I will update.8. The card, fan, heat sink aluminium and all other components looks new and unused.9. The golden stripes of the card slot one of them looks damaged I mean it's a little bit smaller then all the other one, but I think it's normal bcz I have seen such thing in RAM also I guess.10. I could have given 1 start bcz of the screw issue but I have always given 5 star to every product I have bought from Amazon so I think I can manage the screw from market and it's the fault of brand not the seller so for now 4 star is ok.
