This product honestly looks like a complete joke on the product's page (I actually find it laughable) however, I have noticed a significant difference since I began using this a few months ago. I have been using this product in the morning after I wake up. I usually stand on it for no longer than 15 minutes and occasionally will hold a plank/do "push ups" while this product is vibrating. Just standing on this product for around 5 minutes always wakes me up and helps me feel energized for the day. I can honestly say that I feel much less groggy throughout the day because of this machine. The vibration also seems to help my lower back pain. The machine has many different levels of vibration and allows you to set a timer. We love our Rumblex so much, we purchased this WaverMini for our college-aged daughters. LifePro products are made with quality materials. We use our Rumblex mulitple times per day and never have any problems. It's easy to use, can be used to relax or use as a workout. Even on the easiest setting, I get results. Healthy benefits are one of the reasons we like these vibration boards. My husband has bad knees and a sore back, but claims he feels so much better after a vibration session. Anyone can make a vibration plate, but LifePro is the only brand we will buy!

Absolutely love this machine. It really gets the blood circulating and it doesn’t take long to feel the result! I love the size. It’s perfect for my small apartment. And even though it’s a mini it’s well built sturdy and extremely easy to use. Although you can use your toes to control the machine the remote control makes it much easier and safer. It functions just as it’s meant to and you feel great after a work out! I’m just sorry that I didn’t get it sooner! Definitely 5 stars. I would give it more if I could! It’s worth it!

I’ve used it for two days and feel some relief with my lower back pain and my leg muscles feel like I’ve had a good workout. The arm resistance bands are too long for me to get any resistance in a way that’s efficient. I’ll need to either shorten them somehow or just take them off.

I bought this to help with my lymphedema. I had bought the regular waver at first but it was too bulky and heavy to move in and out of position . The mini is perfect and very sturdy. I set my feet on it in my rocker recliner first thing in the morning while I have my coffee. I use the programs P0-P2 with the lower range of oscillation as that is best for my condition. There are some great short workouts on YouTube designed for lymphedema and I've been trying to mix it up every day. I feel like it is doing me good although that is not reflected yet in my size. Got to remember to keep drinking water!

This is my second vibration plate. I keep one under my desk and use it in the sitting position. The second one, I put in my bedroom and use it first thing in the morning...standing and squatting positions. They help with balance and keeping my lymphatic system moving as it should. They are sturdy and work well. Worth the small investment in myself.

I was skeptical about how much exercise I would get from vibrating. After using this for several months, I am now a believer. I use it several mornings each week and feel energized. It is quiet while working. It is also easy to use. I began by sitting on a chair at first. By placing my arms on my upper legs, they vibrated along with my legs. I was attempting to build up my legs first, as I have a knee injury. The vibrating has helped to relieve my knee pain and stop my nightly leg cramps.After several weeks, I graduated to standing. I started with my feet together and moved my feet apart every few minutes to intensify the vibrating effect. Once I was secure in standing, I began adding the arm bands. Once again, I began with my feet together and slowly moved them to the edge of the plate.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and hope it continues to keep me healthy with an easy form of exercise.

Really seems to do the Job! I am new to the vibration plate as a exercise tool, but I can tell it is shaking up my circulation and that is good. Still discovering all the details but really enjoy using the machine for a few minutes twice a day as a start.I initially ordered the full-size waver but sent it back due to the weight of the machine, too heavy. This is much lighter, more compact, but plenty big enough for my use. It has the exact same motor as the other machine so I am not loosing effectiveness.
