I'm a former pro pastry chef, and a lot of my favorite recipes use buttermilk. Because I live in a rural area, it's not always practical to drive 40 minutes to get fresh. It's Just - Powdered Buttermilk works as well as the real thing. It dissolves well and my baked goods always turn out as expected. It's so much better than what you can buy in the baking aisle at the grocery store, and much more economical.

Milk quality was very good, no lumps. Very good value. No aftertaste, loved it. I buy a lot of dry milk and this was a cut above the rest.

This is great powdered milk. I like powdered milk. Would I buy milk? I have a tendency not to use it all up in time so that does not go bad. Thus powdered milk works better for me. This is the closest I have ever found to the taste of milk. It’s very good. So if you drink powdered milk or if you just like it as a back up, I would highly recommend this version.
