This is a great leash. It is good looking, strong and the right length. Leashes in pet stores are overpriced these days. This leash was priced right.

Honestly before it arrived I thought I probably didn’t need this... I was wrong. It’s sooo nice. So comfortable to hold and light but very sturdy. Pup loves it too, ended up ordering another right away. 😊

It looks beautiful! I purchased the cream color. It goes with all my puppies different bandanas and collars. Great quality. I bought 3 different leashes for my pup (excessive I know). This is my favorite that we use all the time.

I’m always a little hesitant about rope leashes because they’re typically less comfortable and less pliable, but this is easily our new favorite leash. It has a great bungee quality to it that makes it more comfortable with our puller, and actually helps with her loose leash training! It’s also a great length (a little shorter than our other leashes, which is great for training), and a beautiful color! I love the forest green!

Very good quality leash. I love all the color options. I like that it does have a little stretch to it so it’s easier on you and the dog if they pull quickly. Would definitely purchase again for my other dog.

We love this leash! It is comfortable to hold for the human, and has a bit of a stretch to it. I love how the length of the leash keeps our dog on the trail when we are hiking! I don’t have to reel him in to keep him on the path with this leash. I think I am going to also purchase the green one!

I love this leash! It's super light weight, the leather accents are a nice touch and it has some elasticity to it which is really nice for when I go on runs with my pup. At first I thought it was a little too short of a leash for my dogs but it works really well for training and running

Unfortunately, my dog chewed through it in about 30 seconds while my friend was holding him for me. He allowed him to play with it and bingo it was hanging by a thread. So if your dog likes to play with his lead then this isn't tough enough. Prior to that I personally loved it. It was comfortable to hold, easy to grip and stretchy enough when needed. I thought it was very smart and i have the matching green collar. The collar is still going strong. I did buy a new replacement lead of course but I bought a cheaper one especially as I had only bought the old one a month ago. Just too much money to spend again so soon.

Bought lead for a puller. Due to the leads diameter, you are able to grip the lead without it slipping through. Long enough to give the dog some freedom. Due it being made of rope it has a small level of give, letting you know as the dog pulls, allowing correction slightly quicker. Very good so far. If you have a chewer don’t expect the lead to last.

Very pleased with the lead. On first inspection the lead is made of strong rope and having now used in on several walks, it has plenty of give/stretch if you have a dog that pulls a bit on the lead. Ours just likes stopping very sharply for a sniff whilst you don’t notice and tries to pull your arm off!The leather trim is a nice addition and makes the lead feel even more hardwearing, especially around the handle.The metal clasp is easy to hook onto and off a collar or harness. We went for the red colour as we have Red Fox Labradors. Jasper (in the pic) is happy, although he may not look it!Length of the lead is prefect and allows any dog to sniff around.Would have liked a metal ring on the handle area for when off the lead to clip to the clasp, but this is not a reflection of the lead itself.On the whole a great lead, good value for money, strong and durable. Happy to recommend to others and looking forward to many adventures with it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this lead! The green colour is gorgeous and looks very smart against the dark brown leather trim and gold hardwear!Our dog can pull quite alot when excited for his walks, but because this lead has a slight stretch to it, the pulling doesn't feel as harsh. It also feels very strong without feeling bulky!The gold clip is a good size and easy to clip and unclip from a harness or collar, so there's no fiddling about when your dog is eager to do zoomies!For us the length is perfect, it allows your dog plenty of room to have a sniff ect, while still being safe!The only thing that I think would be beneficial would be the addition of a metal ring by the handle to clip poop bags onto, that would make this great lead even better!Overall I think this is a fantastic lead and would definitely recommend it to other dog owners, and for less than £15, you really can't go wrong!Can't wait to see if Embark pets bring out any more colours or lengths! (Can imagine this lead would look good in navy!)(The photo really doesn't do the colour any justice, it really is a gorgeous green!)

Lovely traditional rope dog lead / leash.We were torn between the more natural beige colour or the red however our dogs usual collar is red so we chose red in the end and weren’t disappointed.The rope itself is nice and soft straight out of the packet - and the bit I really like is the clasp seems really good. So many leads are spoilt with a cheap clasp whereas this one is solid, feels like good quality and looks decent too - the brass sets off the classic styling!I may even get another colour now and will definitely have to get the matching collar to set it off perfectly.
