These work great. They don’t chafe my ankles. They fit well and are adjustable. Really helps to give me a little more challenge walking on the treadmill.

Very comfortable ankle weights and not too bulky. I do agree with some of the other reviews that it is difficult to remove and replace the weighted bags. If you will constantly be changing the weights in and out of the ankle belt it may not be the ones to buy. Otherwise I love them and I am happy with my purchase.

It’s a good product. I like it. I bought it because the weight can be adjusted, but the little weight bags are difficult to get in and out of their pouches. It’s not impossible, but because of the degree of difficulty, I’m less likely to adjust them and instead of using it in different capacities I just use it for exercises where I can use it with the maximum weight possible

The weights bags are hard to get of their little pockets. Might not work well with a senior or someone dealing with arthritis or chronic hand pain.

Well made and they work well easy to use

I got these to create a "nerd" workout. Playing VR games on the Oculus can be a great workout, so I got these to wear around my wrists to add to the workout of playing VR games. There are virtual reality boxing games, so I put these on to add more resistance and work while essentially shadowboxing. It helps work out my arms and increase my actual boxing speed.They work okay for jogging. They move around a lot on my wrists while jogging, so I don't really like them for that, but my wrists are skinny. Oddly, I don't have this issue with shadowboxing.

These were extremely hard to open and get the sandbags out. I could not do it, and my husband struggled to get it done. Also, my sandbags were not all soft and mushy in the video. They were hard as a rock, not all of them, but some of them. I would not buy this product based on that

Wanted some ankle weights to my walks, so I decided on these ones. I like that I can adjust the weight on each side. It is a little bit hard to put the sand bags back into place but I don't mind it too much. So far, the only issue I have is that the thread is coming out on the bottom but that doesn't bother me. It's easy to use. I can get a little bit uncomfortable for me if I don't place it correctly on or adjust it before I tighten it. It's not that bulky, but not slim either. Don't mind this product, does what it's supposed to.
