Hello, i am writing to you because i bought this item for my daughter for christmas and she has never had it on because i was getting a locket for it so it as been in the box till now, she got it out a few days ago and this is what she saw it has gone purple and blue i bought this because it looked lovely and it should be gold on silver, my daughter has got another one like this that she has had for over a year and its still in lovely condition, i am very upset and angry.

Probably I didn't read the description closely enough. I thought it wasn’t suppose to tarnish and I planned to just put it on and leave it. The instructions that came with it say it will tarnish and that it can’t be worn in the shower. Again, my fault for not reading the description carefully enough but if it cant be worn in the shower or swimming it is of no use to me. I will be returning it.
