I suffer from neck pain and arthritis, made worse by my desk job. I bought the 4" collar first which is great for days when you just want your head holding tight in one position, when it's especially painful. It's not so easy to work at a desk in it though. So I sent for the 3.5" one which is great to wear when you're doing something that requires movement. It's shaped to sit on your collarbone so it's more effective and comfier to wear. I'm 5'6" and a clothes size 12 and I got the large one which is spot on.

I’ve not even had this for 24 hours but can already feel the benefit! Waiting for a docs appointment for a very clicky and uncomfortable neck that I believe may be arthritis and I don’t feel is aided by my bad sitting posture. Even after wearing this for just an hour I could feel my neck lengthening and straightening. It was aching in a good way and I could feel my shoulders naturally start to settle and lower rather than be up around my neck like they usually are! It is It’s a tiny bit stiff at first but certainly not uncomfortable (I have a 16inch neck and ordered large 3.5 inch in blue which is perfect) but after a few hours it’s started to become more pliable. It feels very supportive without feeling too restrictive and I’m going to try to wear it to sleep in soon but have currently been wearing it for a few hours during the day. It feels and looks top quality and it’s hard to believe that something so reasonably priced can offer such a positive result even in such a short space of time so I’m looking forward to seeing what happens with continued use. Highly recommend for non specific neck issues like mine

I've got a neck pain for weeks, guess it's caused by a bad pillow. Using the ibuprofen gel, self neck exercise and stretching with little improvement, so I decided to get a neck support. This Velpeau neck brace came with a protected sleeve which is good for easy cleaning. It is not comfortable while wearing it, but it's not hurtful or painful. I can't sleep while wearing it, it's suffocating. So I only wear it for half a hour each time, as often as I could. A few days later, my neck pain has gone.

It does a decent job at supporting the neck and is comfortable to rest the chin on. However, the measurements are slightly off and do not calculate for the thickness of the brace, meaning that the brace needs to be a little longer then you would have measured.Go for the next size up of what you measured as you can strap it more comfortably. But good on all other accounts

I bought the large (3.5 height) size for my husbands 16 inch neck, he has found it easy to put on and take off. He has found the brace comfortable and warming to wear and likes the support and stability it gives him along with the washable outer cover he gives it 5 stars thank you.

I’ve bought neck supports in the past but this one is the best ever! Wearing it now and very comfy, comes with nice cover, very pleased as it does the job!

Initially i could not get the Velcro to fasten as neck was too far forward & thought i had wasted my money but bit by bit i persevered & now find it’s comfortable to wear & takes a lot of pressure off the veins causing me the pain so happy with product

Sadly the 3 inch depth is just a bit too big for comfort for me. I can only wear it for short periods but it will probably soften and become more comfortable with time.
