I picked this item out of other, similar items because of the 10 day replacement policy.Now the pictures all look the same and some are even cheaper. But there is the policy to keep in mind here.Ok, now for the product itself.The item works but there are two main issues:1) The metal definitely feels soft. It will hold up to a certain degree of force as well as come in handy for small repairs but if you put the "pedal to the mettle" then I don't know if it work or not. It may possibly become quite distorted.2) It is best for items below its size - both for big and small wrench. I say this because when I used it on the nearby pipes around the toilet, the sizes of those bolts were the same size as the wrenches. They moved via the wrench but then got stuck on the wrench! And it is such a HASSLE to remove them from the wrench then. The bolt becomes stuck to the wrench because they are the same size!The moving piece has nothing to do with getting it out because its stuck to the face of the wrench itself.This is the only hassle with this item.For the price I would say its a buy. But if you buy the same thing - exact quality - for less, in-store, then I would say its a STEAL.Item is quite handy. Concept is nice but these two flaws need to be addressed. Perhaps it has been by more high quality wrenches.But who wants to spend ₹1000+ for a wrench, no matter how good it is, simply for small household items? If its a big job, it behooves you to get a plumber as they are responsible for the entirety of the situation.This item works for small things that plumbers won't come for.I recommend this product and from this seller - because there is a return policy added.

this product is multipurpose product and can be used easily for so many purposes like opening of bottles and tightening the bolts etc. it is very user friendly and can be used with ease. it is light in weight and can be used for any size because of its auto fit free design . it is given for two sizes so that work will be handled effectively. it is easy and also safe to use and can be use with proper handling .

Have many options for all size, tried to adjust bolt for bed and car, for car got lil issue but for bed was good. Dont expect for commercial purpose though
