The Tena Super Plus is not the soft gathered material the other two have, but sort of knit material, that in some ways feels more secure. As I am bedridden, the length of time between changes is important to me. As for the Tena 'Super Plus\", it has a noticeably THICKER PAD than the other 2 that I did purchase and reviewed here.. and is definitely worth a try! Just remember this runs slightly small and the Classic runs very large.I obviously also HIGHLY recommend *PRIME*, being bedridden I couldn't get along without it!!
